I challenge my students to perform to the best of their abilities each time that I have the opportunity to engage and interact with them in class. I equally expect myself to perform to the best of my abilities as well. I am very active throughout my lessons as I frequently move around my room to interact and encourage each student during activities. I continue to live a healthy lifestyle by exercising frequently with the intent of continuing to be able to keep up with the motivational needs of my students. I assist in organizing field days, races, and registering our school in fun runs and organized races to encourage family participation and training. Outside of the classroom, I advocate for students to continue a healthy lifestyle and push for students’ independence. I use my abilities to create and modify sports equipment and offer other programs and schools the opportunities to use my designs and devices in their own lessons
